On the 12th day of Internetlessness, Bell Canada silently restored our connectivity. Aside from my having used up all my mobile data for the month, and having had to spend more time than usual reading books, all is now well.
Day 12 of no Bell DSL while trying to work at home. I can no longer use: Gmail, Teams (or any video), my home calendar/web server, or even Pokemon Go. Discord, Crossplay ok; Bluesky, FB not bad. Stuck here because a Bell tech is due back today, so I’ll work from offline and paper references.
