I gave Monologue a "Letter of Recommendation" on my site:

Screenshot of Matthew’s Lifetime stats in Monologue showing 86K words written, 19 hours saved, at an average speed of 114 words-per-minute, and ranked in top 3.8% of users.
In the past month, I've spoken over 86K words to my Mac using Monologue, a smart dictation app.
Highly recommended – this is the biggest change to my workflow in years
Apple's smart home display isn't coming until the fall, but developers can ready now with this session – Design Interactive Snippets:
I built Claude Code Remote, an advanced companion shortcut for Claude Code that lets you type or dictate requests from your iPhone.
Except…I didn't build it. My upcoming generative AI system did. And it showed me the future of Shortcuts automation.

@defenders.org Do you have policies for how your volunteers engage with the public? Alexander Rhyson just snidely remarked “You seem nice” when we didn’t interact with him and acted like he was being friendly when I asked him, and was indignant about it. Great work hiring such a nice guy.
Excited to see Creator Studio from Apple, especially Pixelmator Pro on iPad.
Looking forward to putting the Apple Intelligence features through their paces www.apple.com/newsroom/202...
Menu Item Icons are there on iOS and macOS to prep us for the HomePod w/ a screen.
Otherwise, an entire UI with text menus would take much more mental processing.
Plus they can be reduced to single Controls using thier glyphs
@pbotinfo.bsky.social One of your vehicles just performed 3 traffic violations in front of me – blew through two Right Turn Only lanes and then stopped in the third in the road without signaling.
License plate E303911.
Either follow the rules yourselves or change these lanes
Thank you for the update. Also, I was specific in referring to Friday November 21 as the start of the weekend before and extending through the week up to Wednesday the 26th – the main 5-day period pre-Thanksgiving.
@pbotinfo.bsky.social Blocking the only parking garage near Powell’s for the entire pre-Thanksgiving week & weekend is absurd and shouldn’t be allowed.
Please do not allow this permit to continue
New in the Shortcuts Library: Meta AI shortcuts matthewcassinelli.com/meta-ai-new-...
Holy mother of hell
Saw a bunch of posts wondering how the App Store logo works (is it just sticks??), so I made a little 3D printed visualization of the 3 tilted app icons that come together to make it, it's really quite clever!
Makes for a fun desk ornament too ☺️
The design has actually evolved from a more-complex interwoven design all the way to actual popsicle sticks in Liquid Glass.
@selig.bsky.social's model is still cool as heck, and demonstrates the point – the App Store logo is made up of app icons
✅ App Store
✅ Shortcuts
✅ TestFlight

Screenshot of Apple Maps should a red outline around a loop from Naito Parkway, up Taylor Street to 10th Ave, and back down at Harvey Milk to the Waterfront.
Portland needs a downtown/midtown Streetcar loop to connect the Waterfront, Pioneer Courthouse Square, and Powell's.
Start at Salmon Street Springs, connect to the main Streetcar line, and back through the food cart corridor.
Make Downtown Portland one destination, not three.
I heard about this cool app Shortcuts what do you think
