I really don’t know. I know there was a video camera set up on the hog line, which Canada was very upset about, so somebody knew to look for something. And the Swiss men were complaining about it today.
If you don’t have photo ID, if you have 2 items that show your name & address - utility bill, bank statement, health card, etc. you can use those.
In Canada, if my neighbour doesn’t have ID, I can go with them to the polls, show my ID, and vouch for them.
