Not an engineer but I imagine it very much depends on the footprints of the buildings. If not you have to argue for publicly accessible elevators with lobbies on both levels in the buildings.

Don’t generally put out seed but do for this storm. Lots of new bird besties including a scruffy adolescent red winged blackbird who hung out for ages. Saw a sharp shinned (or small coop?) almost get a dove but not quite too.
