The reason isn't particularly relevant. The fact is they bombed a school twice it would ppear, & have yet to admit responsibility. The whole war is a complete shambles; not realizing that their actions would close the Strait of Hormuz & that Iran would target other places in the region is appalling.

He doesn't list them because he knows that, whatever he says, Trump won't be able to be consistent in reiterating them. Regime change, obliterating ballistic missiles or a nuclear threat have all been floated. They can't even agree that it's a war!

Which has nothing to do with the point I was making. I voted Labour and they have disappointed me immensely. They won't be getting my vote again, unless they change course dramatically

Presumably because owning the weapons and the ammo by themselves was illegal; sticking them in a safe meant that finding them might be less likely.

That's his standard response when asked a difficult question by a female reporter. He can't stand the truth, reporters or women. All three in the same person triggers insults. What a pathetic individual he is. Goodness I hope I am still around to read his place in history; a vile footnote.

I wouldn't disagree with you. I was merely pointing out that what Starmer said isn't what has happened, even if you accept that there are defensive actions that can be taken.

Thought Starmer said "only for defensive operations"? So he was lying or was he just being weak. Just when you think Starmer & Labour couldn't disappoint you any more, they manage it. America have already shown how useless they are at targetting accurately, by managing to kill over 160 schoolgirls.

Absolutely shameful. Especially so from the child of immigrants. Almost like she's trying to out-Reform Reform and be even more bigoted that Farage. What is the 'gain' in this, compared to the gain in educating a woman [women] who can go back & try to change their country for the better?

'knew' who had killed 21 people in the Birmingham pub bombs in 1974. 6 men were given life sentences for the murders. Except we discovered 17 years later that they were all innocent. Proof is important in a democratic society, no matter how heinous the crime & how 'obvious' the perpetrators are.

Which yet again, completely misses the point I was making. I'm not acting about anything; we can all see exactly how awful America is at the moment. There are lots of crimes committed where we 'know' exactly who did it, but justice requires due process, before guilt is declared. In the UK, everyone

He loves speaking words. Any words. The bigliest words the better. Meaning is irrelevant, because that allows you to say the same words another time and mean something completely different, or different words but mean the same thing. It's handy.

Presumably he thinks eggs are down 300% like Trump does because words can mean anything you like, even if their meaning is completely different to what the rest of us understand what they mean. Weasel springs to mind.

Trump never thinks things through. He'll have gone with "Let's bomb 'em & see what happens". Unlike his first term, there's no one around him to say "If you do that, this is likely to happen" or "We can't do that because it's illegal/stupid/will make things worse". No one. They're clapping seals.

I pointed out that Israel had made a speciality out of hitting targets & denying that they had. Did it in Gaza frequently. US have done it, too. Only point I've been making all along is that, in the absence of an admission of guilt by US or Israel, it's better to wait for proof. We now have that.

I have absolutely no idea what point you are making. I never said it was Iran, despite Leavitt and Trump making out that it was. I never said it wasn't the US, merely that waiting for proof (in the absence of an admission of guilt by either Israel or US) was better than supposition or assumptions.
