Started Predator: Badlands as my work movie for the day and I’m already in love with it and it’s only been 15 mins into the movie.

Found out Nexus the Poet uses AI for their songs and that’s a no go for me.

New month, so I tried some new things at the gym.

Increased weight to 240lbs on the chest machine, and 90lbs on reverse barbell reverse curls. Also tried a new variation (leaning forward and chest out) on the fly machine that targets the upper chest and the front deltoids.

Let's not do the shaming for not posting about black history month. The fact that we are alive, changing narratives, succeeding against all odds, directly impacting our communities offline, and contributing to this fucked up society instead of flipping tables as they expected is history in itself.
