XPO1R749Q Mutations Co-occur with POLE Mutations in Cancer and can be Targeted to Overcome Chemoresistance Abstract. XPO1 is a nuclear export receptor that is essential for cell survival. Previous genomic analyses have identified recurrent XPO1 hotspot mutations in cancer. Here, we conducted a large-scale ...

Our paper is out in press on #Cancer #Research this week! A fun collaboration with Dr. Taylor’s lab at U. of Miami.

Another patient mutation in PARP-linked pathways is tied to neurological diseases. Excited to see how discoveries like the #ADPRS variant in CONDSIAS push us closer to unlocking new therapeutic pathways! πŸ§ πŸ”¬ #Neurodegeneration #ARH3 #ADP-ribosylation.

Congrats @danglab.bsky.social!

Excited to see our paper in press today at HGG Advances!!! We described a new variant in #ADPRS gene in individuals with CONDSIAS, disrupting its #ARH3 protein function leading to increased #ADP-ribosylation in cells.
