A couple of weeks ago I had an appointment with an Orthopedic specialist about my sore shoulder and the restriction in mobility.
He believes I have snapped a tendon in my shoulder. I'm waiting for an appointment for scans and I have been placed on the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy waiting list.
