New Idea:
A kid-sized dummy attached to the front of school buses.
When a bus-driver sees a car blowing the stop sign as they're letting kids off, they can launch the dummy in front of the car, so the driver gets to think they murdered a child by blowing the stop sign. An unforgettable lesson.
