Filming federal agents in public is not a crime, nobody should be harassed or restrained for doing so, nobody should have their phone confiscated for it, and nobody should get the death penalty for it. This is supposed to be a free Republic, not an authoritarian police state.

Well, because the poorest 10% of workers are the ones keeping the country running, whether or not you realize it. Try living without CNAs, grocery retail/ service workers, the lowest paid staff at medical facilities, drivers, janitors, farmers,food production workers, daycare staff. We matter.
How is it anecdote? We go to the store and things cost more, despite being a smaller size in many cases. Rent doubled within a ten year period in some areas, and more than that in others. Electric bills are skyrocketing thanks to the data centers.

It's not good for them or for us.
Resident doctors are being exploited.
They’re working 70 or 80 hours a week and trying to pay off student debts with totally inadequate salaries.
The good news is that they are forming unions and fighting back. I stand with them.
We have better options. And if we truly don't, then maybe it all needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from scratch.
The audacity of asking people to sacrifice their rights, their freedom, and their lives, rather than picking a better candidate, infuriates me. It's not lost on me that the people insisting on this are never the ones who'd be thrown under the bus as collateral damage.
Wanting basic human rights for ALL residents, and to end slavery and genocide, is not a "purity test". It is the bare fucking minimum. I can't believe that this has to be said.
