Two Boston restaurants, The Dubliner and Carrie Nation, charged customers a 3% service fee & failed to distribute the proceeds to wait staff.

My office stepped in, & now they'll pay over $422k in restitution and civil penalties.

I'll always take action to ensure workers get every dime they earn.
