Incidentally, this is part of why I lean into karaoke. Singing helps so much with calming my nervous system, is creative (I love to 'play' w all kinds of takes/experiment), & can be done wo enshittified tech (though admittedly easy to cross that threshold too)
I personally have difficulty with this because I have always struggled with some forms of motor control incl hands. I do appreciate what gentle practice can do though.
