Smashed my wildest expectations in the half marathon walk this morning. Lopped 18 minutes off my previous best… chip time was 2hr16min57sec and Strava is being a grass by claiming I didn’t walk full distance. Average pace of 5.74mph ain’t too shabby either!

I’m inclined to agree with you, I wouldn’t be devastated if Carlo somehow ended up back here but a young, progressive coach with a clearly defined style of play (aligned with a DoF who buys into those ideas) is what we should be striving for. The sooner the better too!
