I want to avoid diabetes, which runs in my family.
I have also made a resolution to be in better shape by then and also started walking two weeks ago. I lost 40 pounds just by walking (although that was 25 years ago) and I kept it mostly off until menopause 3 years ago. Perhaps we can cheer each other on as we journey to better health.
This is a more positive place; the fact that so many people remain on Twit-x just shows how addictive negativity is, imo.

I didn't have one at my last apartment and I thought that I missed it. Turns out that I didn't. We had one at our house when my kids were growing up though and I definitely appreciated it then.
I hate unloading the dishwasher. I hate it so much that I wash most dishes by hand. But plastic containers are the worst, either by hand or dishwasher.
