So far my top seller for December is the Torquay Grand. It tells the story of the manager investigated by MI5 and favourite of Agatha Christie so I'm not surprised, it's a fascinating read. www.amazon.co.uk/History-Torq...
The Scarborough Grand has been pipped by The Whitby Royal so far this month. Whitby is a much loved Yorkshire seaside resort, famous for its Dracula connection and Goth festival.
The Three Tuns pub, Coppergate, York. It was recorded as being a pub from 1782. The building probably dates from the 16th century with 19th century alterations & a 20th century extension at the back. Owned by Maltby & Wilberforce from 1861 it specialised in selling wine & /1
