In light of this news, if anyone has ANY suggestions (that aren't Microsoft) for a Google Sheets alternative, please let me know! I'll be downloading all versions of TBMC tonight. I'll try to find alternative ways to host it, but I do need help with this massive project's preservation here.

In light of this news, I am now *begging* people to make sure to save/download a copy of the Archive Sheet if you enjoy it! I am going to be downloading a copy of it tonight and trying to find another way to host it publicly for everyone.
Okay since this has gone nuts: I don't know anything about google's inner workings or what's happening elsewhere or why. I just know what happened to my friend and don't want anyone else to lose their work.
Alternatives to gdocs: Ellipsus, Proton drive, LibreOffice (offline)
Also: LibreOffice preserves comments on google drive documents - so if you had edits or nice comments from your friends they will live on after you download them from docs!!
I feel insane. I wasn't going to do anything about it but thought I should backup my drive last night just in case (given that I am now locked out of DMs and "adult" content on bluesky & elsewhere if I don't upload my face/personal details to a third party company).

If you're worried about bothering me, *don't be*!! I am ASKING to be DM'd and I won't be bothered! I view this archive as a collaborative effort even though I'm the only one with editing perms on the sheet. I can't build the backlog (and therefor the sheet) on my own all the time sadly (>_<);;
If they're older than about a week, the chances of me seeing them are *very* slim at best so there's likely going to be a lot that fall through the cracks without assistance.
Apologies for being missing, mental health hasn't been great and a lot of IRL issues relating to family members so I've been trying to take care of myself and that included/includes staying away from socmed a lot right now.
