Chitose I don't believe would ever leave her universe after the hardships she had endured she would push forward and make sure she saved her universe so I can head canon she is needed in her own universe more than anything.

I just really like Chitose and the overall set up of V, if I didn't have to emulate to get access to that game I'd have finished it by now but playing it is slightly more annoying so I'm focusing on Y. To be fair one of the plot lines of V is choosing to abandon the universe or not.

Don't let them know I ever wanted more units in a super robot wars game because I can't manage the ones they give me already but it sucks that the Super Robot Wars V protagonist is locked behind pre order dlc you can't get for Super Robot Wars Y. I have the ultimate edition but it's not included.

I'm pretty sure it's intentional. She has autistic traits throughout the entire game. It did really make me empathise with her it's probably why I'm annoyed she disappeared for so long during the Leon city section.

The entire first section as Grace she walks into a crime scene barely able to communicate then when she finds a picture with her on it and an invite to talk doesn't immediately gtfo so like a lot of it could just be the wild writing.

I've not seen personally anyone else chat about this, I'm not sure it's intentional or just weird decision on the part of the writing team. Cause all the scenes between characters in this game come off as slightly awkward, Leon watches a man clearly zombified chainsaw a lady then cuts a one liner.

Grace in Resident Evil Requiem is pretty heavily Autistic coded and I don't know how to feel about it. It does make its presence known in every scene she interacts with other characters.

I thought I had nailed it with the first image because I speifically remember the Cardiff high street at the end of Deep Breath because when it aired I regonised the Cardiff bins, it took me until image 4 to get the right two parter and got the wrong episode. So when we getting a modern resident evil game where the female characters are presented at the same level of competent and badass as Leon and Chris are. (yes I know Chris keeps getting his men under his command killed.)

The Emily plot line suddenly stops and then in the epilogue the go oh remember that thing, don't feel bad we fixed it all off screen. Also uhhhh actually read is a fucking awful line because being able to read brail is reading in fact it was incredibly important to the plot she could.

Lots of the plot happens off screen in conversation you hear only snippets of leaving a bunch of stuff unexplained. Even like when Grace wakes up in the Health Center she has bandages on her chest it's is never explained what that is, we know they have been taking her blood but that's not the injury

I really would have liked to do the final fight as Grace.

The game heavily relies on nostalgia for Resident Evil 2 and Leon as a character which I guess is most the fanbase.

The thing about 7 and 8 is they introduce you to the antagonists and they each play a role in the gameplay but not here.

On reflection I've actually got a good few issues with Resident Evil Requiem. It's a good game no doubt and deeply enjoyable. However the story feels really undercooked, I don't think the game satisfyingly resolves Grace in the finale, the villains are deeply underdeveloped.

I do this job in theatre too but it's quite different.

I think it can be difficult to think about the experience from an audience perspective when we do streamed games when we are in the think of it do I try to assure the quality of the sessions and ideas while trying to offer perspectives from an audience personally.

Trrpg dramaturg is basically another brain to respond to your ideas before hand and afterwards giving constructive advice and feedback.

I'm personally not as active in the planning of narrative and I don't really chat with the cast. I basically talk to Okami after the session to help them debrief
