This sweater makes me want to pose!
Front, back, inside out. I love that Intarsia has no floats so it can be worn inside out (if you can overlook a few bumpy areas)
The original neck opening was too wide so I re-did it. I also added a few inches of waist hem for better coverage of my belly.

5 fingering weight yarn, 10+ different stitches (stockinette and reverse stockinette stitches, plus 1x1 ribbing with some of them). Mixing them in one sweater was a lot of fun!

The 2 sweaters I recently made are both Bottom-Up straight silhouette with square-indented sleeves (a little simpler than set-in sleeves) and crewneck. Many people prefer Top-Down sweaters because they dislike seaming, but I enjoy mattress stitch seaming, as much as I do duplicate stitch
ๆจ (Ki - Tree) and ๆฌ (Hon - Root / Book) are very similar looking kanji characters, yet have different meanings
Kind of like the comparison between "O" and "Q"

(Mizu Sake) coaster is one of my earlier designs from 2019.
When I look at this sample from 6 years ago, I feel horrified by the uneven stitch tension. But non-mirrored double knitting is a very challenging technique.
It's a free pattern by the way, if anyone wants to challenge yourself!
Hand-knit pants in the wild. They are very comfy!
I acquired these yarns from my mom many years ago. For a long time I didn't know what to do with these rather novelty yarns, but this year a light bulb lit up in my head and thought this tweedy boucle yarn could obscure the crotch area perfectly.
