Makes sense! I was going to suggest if there’s no other leads you could try emailing some of the researchers who were involved with the other gray whales at the time, one of my professors had some really insightful info and footage of Gigi 1 and 2 that I can’t find anywhere online

People often tell me bluesky is better for art because it doesn’t suppress posts for using hashtags but as you can see the amount of hashtags doesn’t effect it at all there’s just not a very big user base especially for fandoms

I’ve been using bluesky for years even before the Twitter refugees came and the truth is there’s just not very many people using it compared to other social media lololol

A squad of fifteen Bigfin Reef Squids (Sepioteuthis lessoniana) swimming just below the surface of the water. The squids are all pointing in the same direction (back and to the left) and all their mantles are pointing upwards. All their arms are together. Most of them have their arms pointing down but some have them pointing forward. They are all dark red with translucent fins and a silvery eyes that look blue because of the water. The water is light blue, and you can see the surface of the water in the background, along with reflections of the sunlight.
