It's the Immersive Dialogue feature in Character Select+ :) It replaces your in-game name and pronouns in NPC dialogue with your OC's name and pronouns (He/Him, She/Her, and They/Them)

I’ve done my best to handle the grammar side of things. I’ve also set up a channel in the Discord where users can report any oddities they run into, and I’ll fix them as they come up. <3
