the brainwashing of society to believe that 1. Immigration is at the root of everything that's wrong and 2. That our country/city was some kind of utopia before immigration is staggering. It's so deep rooted, and without strong voices (like the PM) contradicting the message, it's getting worse.
There's a lot of hyperbole about access and traffic. We always had to park the other side of the cemetery as to get closer was really difficult. Is that any worse than a £3.50 space on Love Lane now? No.

If you think that they'd be looking for 3 wins each, you'd have to conclude that Spurs' fixtures are the least likely to bring that about. Leeds and WHU seem best placed. If I was a Spurs fan, I'd be massively worried.
Hi Forest record was statistically the best of their recent incumbents. He's the ultimate pragmatist so would at least get them in their most resilient shape. Gritty draws and a couple of poxy wins may be enough anyway, as it was for us. It's not a terrible idea in the short term.

The glee with which we're watching Spurs implode made me realise that we were that "big club in crisis" for the past few years. It's a great story for the media too. What a relief that it isn't us. I'm not sure Spurs have the minerals for the fight, though. If I was a fan, I'd be cacking it.
