Great weekend for Warhammer:

Built my first full set of terrain (Volkus)

Played two games of Kill Team, losing a close match with my Hand of the Archon team, then lost another for my first time playing the Mandrakes, a lot to learn there but still had a blast with both matches

Loktoberfest

It’s the same as Locktober but it starts in September for some reason

Anyhoo, at least I have my own reliably private space to express myself so I may as well try and enjoy it

I actually thought that finally having stable housing would give me the time, space, and security to make externally visible progress in my transition.

The ongoing political currents had other ideas, and I’m feeling a net negative effect on taking this public right now 😒

Since taking up Warhammer the number of shady cash deals in parking lots that I engage in has gone up noticeably

-made ribs in the slow cooker

I can’t believe I finally got to be one of the people who got their preorder for a game early and can play it before a lot of the community!

Feeling blessed and distracted at work today, I just want to go home and keep slaying demons
