Had to get emergency Apt today at Dr as I've had horrible neck and head pains since Monday pm. They saw me within 30 mins of sending the triage form!
Looks like I have muscle spasms in my neck, which has given me a migraine-type headache. What a joy!

Yes 5 in game days. You can save it at a certain point and tey different paths. Ie you could try raising animals and test that and another time try gardening path etc
