Climate adaptation in Arabidopsis thaliana may have been previously underestimated. By using multiple genotypes per population, we were able to capture climate adaptation more effectively than studies using a single genotype per population.

While our two-year field experiment revealed local adaptation to climate, fitness could not be predicted across years, likely due to varying climate factors influencing adaptation in each year.
Just published our newest article on climate adaptation in Arabidopsis thaliana! ๐ Wondering what's different from earlier studies? Take a look!

Happy to share two articles recently published in the same issue of PLoS Genetics.

Thanks to my colleagues from Versailles and Paris for having me participating in these two studies ๐
