Once again, the one-page #CV strikes! You cannot summarize 10 years of your professional experience with one vague line like, "Set up a customer service call center." No context, no metrics. Nothing to show your impact. Presenting your experience this way is essentially killing your application.

Well if they want to quit they can, that's their choice, but i always make it clear, "if we are here and have this discussion this is because we think you can succeed" and I mean it, my company too.
I never do a PIP if i think there is nothing to save, and i don't think i am an HR exception. PIP is really time consuming and draining for everybody, doing that when you already know the outcome is pure sadism or masochism, depend on where you put the scale.

J’apprends sur LinkedIn qu’un mec a parlé à 300 recruteurs – enfin, il n’est pas trop sûr, mais 300, ça sonne quand même mieux que 10. Et là, les mecs sont au bout du roul's : faudrait pas un peu de vent sur le pont en rentrant chez eux, sinon plouf. Heureusement, y en a 2 qui sont super-heureux.
