23/31 Song Sung Blue. I didn't hate this movie as much as I thought I would as a Neil Diamond hater, but Hudson was really good.
Wow, I did not see that ending coming. @zandercannon.bsky.social made one hell of a series and everyone should check it out. I dont want to spoil anything, but you should check out this series.
The Ugly Stepsister is a really cool re-imagining of the Cinderella story. I didn't love the body horror aspects to it, but a really interesting movie.
22/31
The Lost Bus, completely forgettable, and the fire looked bad. Not sure why it was nominated.

I was talking to a fundamentalist and I specifically asked him about Genesis 1 and 2 contradicting each other and showed him lines that said completely opposite things and he failed to acknowledge it. I couldn't believe it.
The building up of Daenerys' character from a little girl to the leader of an army. Knight of the Seven Kingdoms gets the same small moments and character development perfectly. House of the Dragon never did.
But it was the character development that really made the show what it was. The small moments, conversations, and character building were what made the show special. The way they bult season 1 around Ned Stark and then killed him off, the way Catelyn and Cersei could communicate with their eyes...
I just finished watching a Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and it made me miss the first few seasons of Game of Thrones so much that I started rewatching them. The later season and Dragons forget what made this show so special to begin with. It was a really cool world with magic and dragons...
Do you wanna watch two straight guys talk about Wuthering Heights and whether or not Jacob Elordi is handsome for way too long? www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFba...
Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die is fantastic. If you need a movie that hates AI but isn't too dark go check it out.
That movie is amazing! I hope you liked it.
This looks awesome
Blue Moon. This is another one where I'm not sure who this is for. Ethan Hawke really went for it and was fun to watch, but a pretty forgettable movie.
20/31
Nirvana The Band The Show The Movie is absolutely worth checking out. I had never heard of Nirvana The Band The Show before and now I need to check it out. If this is available around you, see it in a movie theater.

Such a great movie! I had an amazing time.
I can't wait for this.
Happy #newcomicbookday everyone!
The Kai-Sei era Godzilla by @hackintimseeley.bsky.social and Nikola Cizmesija is top notch. Tim really gets Godzilla in a unique way and I love the decision to have humans being able to harness Kai-Sei powers. They just released 7 and it's a great jumping on point.
This looks awesome.
What were the comics you were most excited for this week? www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuSA...
I really thought this was the plot to Is Ted OK? for most of this thread.
Happy #newcomicbookday everyone! Another awesome week highlighted by Annual Wonder Woman and Deniz Camp's new Vertigo book Bleeding Hearts.
Arco. I loved this movie. My personal favorite of the animated movies nominated. Highly recommend.
