culture, flexibility, and trust have quietly become deal breakers because people don’t just choose jobs anymore, they choose environments ESPECIALLY GEN Z (no, not my Gen Z employees pushing me to post this at all lol)
One thing that’s changed in the workplace, employees care a lot more about how work feels, not just what the job is!

Our ambition is bold: to build a global tech company from Morocco, and yes, to aim to become Morocco's first unicorn. Not as a trophy, but as a signal. A signal that it's possible.

If one idea matters most to me, it's this: you can build globally from Morocco. The internet removed geography as a limitation. What remains is mindset, discipline, and long-term vision.
We spoke about consistency in a saturated digital world, about building with a think global, act local mindset from day one, and about aiming high, not for headlines, but for impact.

People think SaaS is passive income.
Meanwhile SaaS founders are:
- answering support tickets
- fixing bugs
- watching servers
- throwing a mini party when the app stays online all day🥲
If we want to have a base for startups, we need a different playbook: UAE, Qatar, Singapore... countries that compete by attracting talent and capital, then executing fast.
We really need to git rid of the status quo, and start thinking strategically.
Look at this joke: €30M for AI in France, while countries like UAE already invested $150 BILLION (yes, with a B), to know everything you need to know about the future.

I've been saying this for a long time: Morocco needs to stop following the French model (or European for that matter) for startups. It's too slow, over-regulated, paperwork-heavy, and optimized for compliance; not for building global companies.
