REATH SILAS ✨️
I'm 3/4 through "Tears of the Nameless," and I just realized I've never drew Reath Silas before
So, here he is! 📚

lol, that's just his resting face!
I have relatives in Panama who watched Doraemon and Takahata's Heidi adaptation when they were kids without ever realizing they were Japanese shows. it's fun to hear their perspectives
you've come off as incredibly familiar with an autistic stranger over a passing comment, though, so I don't think I'm prepared to have that discussion here
to be honest, I think your interpretation is very uncharitable. and there's a deeper discussion to be had about droid rights, but I contest the notion that they make an effective representation of minorities beyond being unfairly discredited
I've been to McKay's before (not the Knoxville location). they have a lil bit of a strange system when it comes to trade-in value, but I like finding good deals there
I'm sure Docter has people to answer to at Disney, but the only thing I can think of is how bewildering it is that the UP guy would say that
I don't think L3's consciousness was stripped when she became one of the Falcon's brains. I'm not disagreeing with anything you're saying beyond that, though, so I don't know why you're approaching me like this
it's bewildering to see Pete Docter say dumb things after being put in charge of Pixar. I'm sure he has people to answer to at Disney, but I think I prefer him as a director than as an exec
to be fair, pretty much every new cast member in Solo dies except Qi'ra, so I don't think they meant to short-change L3. people were way too harsh on her and the movie as a whole, though, imo
also one of my favorite side-concepts from the movie is Warwick Davis reprising his minor character from Phantom Menace
I feel like Gilroy saw Solo's depiction of the Imperial Army (not the stormtroopers) and really ran with it in Andor. giving fascists a face
they bring back Qi'ra as the new leader of Crimson Dawn in the comics. besides that though, yeah I'd like to see the Cloud Riders again
if I remember right, that's Deathstick, a Nightsister-descended character Brian Matyas designed for the Uprising game
dang, wish this was out in the States. maybe I ought to order it from a UK website
it is a very silly movie franchise targeted mostly at 12-year-olds and online people get mad when they're reminded of that
I think kid me was only sad they dropped the ACDC songs, but it's been forever since I saw any of the three
for what it may be worth, that whole Hutt reproduction thing was an early EU tidbit they completely dropped later on when the 2008 animated series started
I'm glad I can give firsthand accounts of things like Sy Snootles dating and then killing him
the Hutts were originally hermaphroditic in the early EU. they did not keep that in later onscreen stuff lmao
subtweeting Marv like this, I can't believe it
the one in the Vader comics was Bokku, but he got killed by Vader.
I think the one you're thinking of is Myarga from the High Republic comics. I don't think she was buff in the same way, but she was pretty warlike
slugs don't have arms
it's funny to see people collectively lose it over the third buff Hutt introduced since 2015. maybe I'm just too deep into the woods to be bothered
the old EU had them be hermaphroditic, which.... I don't think was carried over in later stuff hah
that's Jabba's uncle
lol, it was Sy Snootles and she killed him
the Capote impression thing is true, but I think he dated an alien woman in that show
I think maybe even the third, if the Vader 2020 comics are included
the Hutt Cartel are crime families, so probably
