This is why I need to figure how to get people comfortable on Twitter AND Blue Sky w low effort for a bit. So many of us have tried so many other platforms but kept going back bc of Twitter’s reach, even knowing it’s irreparably broken. I can help “translate” sometimes in such situations🤓#hapc24

From reading your& a few others posts, it seems #MedSky = #MedTwitter umbrella ☂️ but you can also create feeds/channels? (still still learning lingo). Is @realbowtiedoc.bsky.social our guru for #hapc? 🧠Where are your Neph friends? They always figure out the SM stuff bc they are introverts too!

For hashtags @realbowtiedoc.bsky.social is doing a great job with #SuppOnc & xref to #PallOnc. Kristina Newport 💙 is using #PalOnc from the “one L” effort. I’m using #PallOnc & #SupportiveOncology. I’ll go dig around #Oncology sites unless someone already has? #hapc24 🤓
