Accordingly, the United States hereby moves to dismiss with prejudice the indictment against Catherine Sharp and Joselyn Walsh, in the interests of justice.
Similarly, additional video footage shows that, like Ms. Abughazaleh, Defendants Joselyn Walsh, Andre Martin, Michael Rabbitt, and Catherine Sharp all independently moved away from the SUV within seconds after they found themselves in its path.
