Painted a couple of Cobra attack helicopters for my Team Yankee US marines last night as well as 9x 15mm British Napoleonic infantry as well.
Another 9 British infantry tomorrow night as well the wargames Atlantic Sharpe figures…..

Managed a bit of the highlights on the 6mm but gave up after a while as tired and kept missing bits...

Basing almost done on the completed unit. And the extra command blocked in on the next three units and the Strong Tone slapped over. The highlights next should bring them together...

Second game pitched 600pts of Irish & 600pts of Vikings against the same 1,200 pts of Saxons. Much better game that time!!!
Played a couple of games at the club last night First game, my 600pts of Irish too on 1,200 points of Saxons…… didn’t end well!!

Tonight’s offering from me, finished the last of the ECW dragoons. Also took a picture of the whole regiment together (still pains me calling 12 Cavalry a regiment!)
Also painted a few dogs for my pillage Irish warband as well - ok, they’re dry brushed but it still counts 🤣
Two more units done on the 6mm Refurb. Bloody flags are a faff...
One Swiss and one French. And a gun and crew.
The next units will need lots of extra command painting so needs a bit of planning.
And pics of the units done so far.
Maybe a cavalry interlude next for a bit of variety.

Visit to my local hobby shop this morning, picked up a few paints and basing tufts.
Bit knackered today after bad night. Nice long dog walk. Coffee and cake. Then Virtual Wargames Club where I did a correct flag for the 6mm French unit and fitted it.
It gets my seal of approval...

Very nice! The silver bayonet stuff is really good - lots of character.
Pike & Shotte at the club last night. Outnumbered 3-2 the royalists aggressively attacked, racking up a win through dash, daring and bad enemy dice rolls !!! Prince Rupert’s cavalry charging heroically down the flank to clear out two regiments of enemy cavalry was a highlight!
