Traveling with dietary restrictions…maybe he was testing me. The bread did look tasty. Marrakech has been great overall. Super accommodating and lots of options. This would have been weird in any city.

Trump is absolute garbage. He is a racist and a rapist. He’s President but he is not a leader. I don’t care if this post upsets you because that means you’re upset by this, not by his actions. The post he made about the Obamas today is unforgivable. And so is everything else.

On the opening day of Melania, I performed standup comedy at a cinema and there were more people in the gig. Made the right choice. Never going to see the Brett Ratner film about one of Trump‘s enablers who is also in the Epstein Files. Makes for good topical humor though.

I attended a vigil tonight for Alex Pretti, Renee Good and all who have lost their lives due to ICE actions. It was held at the US Embassy in London. The full list of names was read. We stood together in grief and solidarity. I long for peace and safety for those protesting Trump and ICE.
It started raining during my San Diego set and everything went off the rails.

Just got my daily reminder that LGBTQ+ people face constant microaggressions. This one: A nickname caused a kid to be gay. It can't just be that he is gay because some people are gay.
Bi people are really gay by the way. Learned that at Thanksgiving. Shame spiral initiated again. Happy Holidays.

Photo I took in Seattle a year ago today at this seafood restaurant in Pike Place were they filmed "Sleepless in Seattle". I almost didn’t take it. What would I do with this photo? But I’m glad I was there too, for a moment to sit where is sat and to stand where he stood.
Had a blast performing at Queer Facctor in Dallas; a nice return to a city I lived in before I did comedy. Stefan, the show’s promoter has created a special show & lovely community. I loved meeting everyone & the audience were up for it. The making people laugh business is really special sometimes.

My Uncle Dwight was a bit of a childhood hero of mine. He was also a veteran, having served in Vietnam. We don't take enough care of the people who serve our country. As I sit abroad in the UK, I am taking a moment to remember those who have served our country and I thank you. Happy Veterans Day.
