I just wrote "water air plants" as a reminder to myself, but that's also just a list of things we need.
At any given time, milliions of people are having more fun than you.
And less.
Sometimes we need to feel better before we can take action. Sometimes taking action makes us feel better.
If one approach isn't working, try the other. π€·π»ββοΈ
I donβt run away from my problems. I play pickleball to avoid them. Thatβs entirely different.
Between my nasal congestion, sudafed and impending collapse of American society as we know it, it's hard to sleep.
Tax time. I like that my credit card automatically categorizes all my Pickleball spending as: "Health & Wellness". Which it is.
That still makes me feel better about all the $$ I've spent on it π€£π
Welp. It seems Pickleball is how Imma get myself through February. How about u?

If you want to change your pattern, that will also take practice.
Be kind to yourself in the process.
When you're truly ready to stop your unhelpful patterns, you will.
Until then, you won't.
But you're so GOOOOOD at being peak you.
