There is plenty of meaningful ways to insult someone that doesn't come at the expense of another group.
Just like with any other "insult" it easily puts innocent people in the cross hair without realizing it, which is why it's important to be aware of what you're saying and how it could affect people that you don't mean to insult.
It always comes off weird and kind of uncomfortable when people use "they don't have sex" as an insult, specifically at protests. I understand that they're trying to get under people's skin, but it (unintentionally) mocks ace people for something that is natural for them.
