Imagine #OttCity as a better #PlaceForPeople: take away the NCC bike paths and MUPs and what do we have? Some painted lines (most not winter maintained) and a couple of kms of barely protected bike lines DT. Sure, lots of recreational paths in suburbs but how does that help get ppl to work/school?
