Planning to see games at six different ballparks over the next few weeks: Truist Park, Comerica Park, Rate Field, Target Field, Kauffman Stadium, and Yankee Stadium. Three (ATL, MIN, KC) are first-time trips; excited to add them to the website! tenstadiumstendays.com

The ump at my daughter’s softball game took a pretty hard foul ball off his mask. He said “don’t worry, I’ll live!” Then he turned to the crowd and said “I’ve been doing this for 50 years and I’ve never seen a ball hit my mask yet! You know why? Because I close my eyes!” God bless umps!

Sometimes Jason Benetti throws these gems out so casually that I worry not enough people are catching them lol. He just called a Kerry Carpenter long ball on an off-speed pitch, one he had to wait on for a while, the ‘Alice’s Restaurant’ of home runs. You gotta wait for it. It’ll come around 😂
