My mate said about getting a mixed when I got that pint. Some old Scousers I used to drink with had a bottle of Mann's topped up with mild for their mixed. Never tried it.

I'm not on commission so I won't lie. It's a beer you don't get down south so I gave it a whirl. It's an OK beer at a cheap price.
It's alright. Bit bland but OK. I think the last time I had it was when my old local was closing for refurbishment. They were selling it for 10p a pint. About 25 years ago I think.
That's it.
I'm trying to think of the right word for it. Nothing too fancy but slightly tasty. Moderate or middling.
ยฃ3.30 for a pint of mild. I haven't had mild for 25 years or so.
I've had it over there years ago. I'm getting a mild before I go home.
They're not the best according to my colleagues. They sent an engineer down a few months ago to look at the hearse. He fixed the issue but didn't know what he'd done and went home.
Could jam them in a suppose.
I've got 2 meat and potato to take home tomorrow.
It's that, Madri, Stella and Fosters. I don't mind it.
ยฃ4.85 a pint. Unprecedented prices for the Millstone but also very cheap compared to what I normally pay at home. They've got mild so might have a pint of that next.
I've no reason not to believe them so far.
Sounds pretty open and honest. First I've heard of it but I never expected them to always keep hold of us anyway in the long term. I'm just glad they seem committed to finding the right owner.
I wasn't there for long.
Any fingering?
It must have changed names as I can't find that boozer. Maybe I'll visit in the next 47 years and have another look.
Didn't come up on Google maps so I headed to the nearest I could find.
There's no farm here. It's a poncey bar near the station. Couldn't find a closer pub or bar than this.
I don't know South Manchester all that well. Used to hear the station name on trains from Newton to Manchester when I was commuting.
Never been here in my life. Half an hour until my train to the Merseyside/Cheshire/Greater Manchester frontier. Pint?
Won't have those options in Golborne. I'm getting picked up about 9 in the morning so I'll have to check if Pimbletts is open.
That was the last I heard. I think it got the go ahead last year. Not sure what services there'll be. It's on the West Coast Main Line.
Sounds riveting. I've done a funeral this morning then made it from Salisbury to Wythenshawe in 4 hours. Decent. Now an hour on the train to Newton le Willows and a lift back from my dad or sister. Then the pub!
The company that build out fleet is in Westhoughton but the fleet manager is in Wythenshawe. He's picking me up in the morning from my Dad's to get me to bring a limo to Wythenshawe from Haydock. It's all a bit weird but I'm up north for the night.
I was in a 2 hour briefing today on the Iran War. All the briefings are closed, because Trump can't defend this war in public.
I obviously can't disclose classified info, but you deserve to know how incoherent and incomplete these war plans are.
1/ Here's what I can share:
Gets to vote on people's lives and prospects because his family jizz came from the jizz of a mate of a king about 400 years ago. 2/2
Hereditary peers are a particular annoyance for me. There's one who lives near my office; owns a stupidly big house, lives in another marvelous house, gets ground rent from people around a 15 mile radius. Nice bloke apparently. 1/2
I'm for devolution to a large extent and think all countries in the UK should have some independence but I've no idea how that would work without full independence. The Welsh and Scottish voters have saved us from some shite in my lifetime.
It's about choosing the right one. Whenever I think I've got the right answer, another country with a similar answer causes a fuck up. Most are better than our current system though.
