Caught up with the Arctic Warbler at the Burn of Njugalswater today #Shetland24 #BirdingShetland #UKBirding
Birding around Voe of Sound this afternoon when PG Tips happened at Garth near Nesting. Thanks to Andy Millar, one of the finders for the BOC.

You too Simon. Indeed it was!
Shetland 24 continues to deliver. #BirdingShetland #UKBirding
I thought yesterday's Little Bunting was hard to top for crippling views, but today's Barred Warbler at Clickimin has edged it! #BirdingShetland #UKBirding
Amazing!
A bit quieter on Shetland today after yesterday's sugar rush. But mind-bogglingly good views of the Little Bunting at Burn of Sound ๐ฏ #BirdingShetland #UKBirding
Hi, are the tags case sensitive?
Thanks. Yes, known worse though.
A good day on Shetland today and some adrenaline produced by an Eastern Crowned Warbler being found at Turrifield near Sandness. Good views after some tantalising glimpses! A British tick. Earlier, very good views of a Golden Oriole and a Rose-coloured Starling at Aith #ShetlandBirding #UKBirding
A Wood Warbler at Hoswick today. Always a quality bird in the autumn.
#ShetlandBirding #UKBirding
Yellow-browed Warbler
Blackcap (male)
Willow Warbler
Bird of the day for me was a Barred Warbler that I flushed and watched briefly at Boddam. There's about 10 on Shetland atm, so if I was going to find a Barred Warbler it was today. Too quick for the camera, but a few snaps below of Common migrants, today #ShetlandBirding #UKBirding
A very confiding Great Northern Diver in Boddam Voe, Shetland this afternoon.
#ShetlandBirding #UKBirding
It seemed very settled, surprised it it's gone already.
Good luck
Outrageous views of the Pechora Pipit on Shetland today! #ShetlandBirding #UKBirding
Windy is showing an east'y airflow Mon and Tue right from Nth and Estn Europe. It's a bit messy and not a classic deep blow from Asia like 10 days ago, but should produce some birds. Plus who knows what's already in the system that will drop on Shetland. Plus my expectations set to optimistic ๐
Looking a bit more promising from early next week. Fingers crossed
This was on the door mat when I got home today. Something to dip into before I head to Shetland #Scilly #UKBirding
Nowhere near as rare as in yesteryear, but still easily the rarest egret on patch. Always nice to see a Cattle Egret.
Quite birdy on the patch today. Apart from the Pec, single Ruff, Pintail, Cattle Egret and two Ravens over
#Nottsbirding #UKBirding
Tricky light on patch this morning, but managed to get some photos of the Pectoral Sandpiper at Attenborough NR #Nottsbirding #UKBirding
Nine hours on patch today. Apart from the 1st winter Caspian Gulls, this adult bird, a Kingfisher and Common Swift first thing #Nottsbirding #UKBirding
Insane views of a 1st winter Caspian Gull at Attenborough NR, today #Nottsbirding #UKBirding
The Scarborough Mediterranean Gulls typically approachable, this morning.

A real poser of a Spotted Flycatcher at Flamborough today. #UKBirding
