Surely you know?
Very nice!
Itβs not the most inappropriate song about the man, the chin, the legend, and that other one he was ok with π
Except leeches could actually have a medicinal effect π
Drop something YELLOW!
The other half got sad and ran away crying.
Of the screw top lids? No, they are long since dried out and dead.
They lasted about a year before these replaced them, but the screw top, the entire black part was the lid and you had to take it off fully to get in, paint hot in the threads, they were a pain to close properly, lost so much paint
Bronze? Almost gold in colour but different enough?
Also good for the sad boys coming up lastβ¦

At least theyβre not trying the screw top pots again *shudder*
Did you like replacing your paints every month because they dried out that goddamn fast!
βOi! You! Stop that!β
Are you sure thatβs a bear? It looks like a Ferrigno sized turd really π
Jokes on you, I already felt old!
Ralph McQuarrie (1929-2012) left us 14 years ago today, but his influence continues to cast its shadow over sci-fi. π
For years we said theyβre going for a genocide of trans people and for years we were told to βstop being so dramatic.β
Now weβre at the point of human experimentation with the explicit goal of eradicating us.
Can we call the genocide a fucking genocide now?
Go right ahead, I love these minis, theyβre old but still so characterful

RT04 and RT402
Iβm doing them for a game later this year and blogging the progress as though I was collecting in 1987/88
I have just undercoated all of these minis π
Iβm now glad I just had an MOT, do I know I have no money f a while π
Your scenery is one of the things that seriously makes me consider a 3d printer.
I want the Eldar monolith from white dwarf! I had the card one but lost it in a move, seeing it again⦠nostalgia!
The Ork standard bearers are brilliant and I will not hear otherwise
8 panel comic P1: Caption box, "age 8." Beneath that, a kid --their whole life ahead of them-- smiles as they tell us "I can't WAIT to be a grown up!" P2: A light shines on them from above, as they close their eyes, considering all the possibilities. "I'll be able to do whatever I want..." P3: Caption box, "age 38." The now older --balding, bespectacled, unhappy looking-- version of the kid holds up... a tin opener. P4: a closeup on the object, now rendered in a somewhat realistic style P5: The sad man points at the opener, saying "I can't wait to have an excuse to use this new tin opener I just bought..." P6: A beat, as the guy --now backlit-- stares at the opener. P7: A further beat, as the guy's eyes take on a vacant quality. P8: Only to end on him grimacing in pain, as he says "ow. my back."
My old Boss at GW had one, he pinned it with coat hanger wire.
They do realise that CAD design didnβt exist to make minis in the 80βs right?
Right?
Ork tomboys and runtbots need to come back, and give ad mech the variety again!
@wib.bsky.social
Tying the design to the harlequin and drukhari vehicles of the same size is also a great step.
