What I have seen directly in 27 years is management continually pushing for profit or "financial viability" as they put it, intentionally reducing staff, increasing productivity, and giving token voice only to those who play along. You know there are other explanations, right? Nurses assess. You have a lot of advice and don't ask any questions. You also make a lot of false assumptions.

What bothers me about the MMR is, why is my titer still negative? Nobody is studying me. Was it three bad refrigerators? Three bad batches? An immune system that repels vaccines? It is just very unsettling.

I have not personally used burdock. I'm a nurse and I've used what was ordered. I have Mennonite nieces trained on the burn team. What they're doing seems better than what I've done pain wise especially. NPWT is expensive.

I believe higher reliability studies are in the works. I discussed it with a plastic surgeon I was working with a while back and he was intrigued. Hasn't been studied doesn't mean doesn't work. So far so good with the burdock. I've cared for a few burns and it seems less traumatic to me.
