@florilegia
Mum-coded. Books, food and language stuff. I have approximate knowledge of many things. She/her ei/hi. PP: me as a Lofi Girl. Banner: an empty street from Spirited Away. Faded buildings, red lanterns, and a cloudless blue sky.

You're just lucky you're so good at Bird Law
How are you going to count a liquid though?
I'm desperately trying to get my knees to stick around
I'm very alarmed at the fact that there's a definite subset of evangelicals out there who are diligently working to bring about the Rapture so that they can whizz off to heaven without dying and leave the rest of us to suffer. That stuff isn't even Biblical, guys!
It's good to know there are so many intersectional, non-Terf witches out there: thank you for everything you do!
You might have been caught up in a blocklist? It's happened to me before
I'm now imagining the BSH, head stuck all over with pins, solemnly intoning "No tears please. It is a waste of good suffering"
Flipping heck: what an absolute mess
My 15YO still loves Wilfred the small soft elephant
I may not be a Christian, but I thought this was pretty much the whole point of Christ? Do the republicans think Christ would have been *doing* the kidnapping?
I am, of course, now thinking of the blue sex horse
The troubles
Der Blaue Reiter (the blue rider): an expressionistic picture of a blue horse against a boldly coloured landscape. I think itβs by Kandinsky.
I must be either naive or super-classy, because Blue Horse plus German immediately made me think of this
I definitely have fork preferences. I have two matching sets one of which is clearly better (to me) and then a mixed lot of odd ones. One of these is my favourite of all the forks, and the others are varying levels of OK to plain shite.
Mr Lorna can't tell the difference between any of them
A box of your favourite tea?
This is disgusting
A poster for the Textile Museum of Canada's fabric sale, with roughly quilted pieces scattered about. The sale is March 27-28th 2026 from noon to 5pm, and tickets are pay-what-you-wish. The Textile Museum's address is 55 Centre Avenue, Toronto ON M5G 2H5. Comrags gave us bolts & bolts of fabric to sell when they closed, and we've cut some of it into 2-3 metre lengths for grab & go and also have some still on the bolt that can be cut to order.

Real life picture of Beardo himself
Animal Crossing screenshot: Beardo the bear is eyeing up an enormous Papa Bear (yes, I know) and worriedly asking himself βHow big is too big?β
Beardo says ro me βI don't know...isn't that Papa bear a bit...overwhelming?β
Steady on, Beardo
You are most welcome!
Good work there, Moschops!
Seconding this: itβs very interesting
One of my favourite βafterβ poems- Mary Ruefleβs Red, a response to William Carlos Williamsβ Red Wheebarrow.
My word, what a hirsute gentleman!
Can we also put a nifty moustache on those?
Very much so. We'd still get to keep stuff like the Sutton Hoo helmet, with its nifty little moustache
Noted!
Making films, contributing to society...
Thank you! It's a genuine question, because I always feel very cautious about how I define myself, so I want to be sure I'm getting it right for other people.
