A new(ish) anion on the block for SMOM chemistry. Kris Altusβ latest on the organometallic chemistry of [B(O2C2(CF3)4)2]β. As well as showing this anion is a useful one in organometallic chemistry there is a cautionary note about the toxicity of a starting material.
