Inside you there are two Big Bosses

Big Boss and Kazuhira Miller from Metal Gear Solid making out on the couch of BB's office at Foxhound sometimes in the 90's, so Big Boss is grey haired and Kaz wears his hair in a ponytail and has a bionic arm. BB is lying down on Kaz and holding his hand while taking off his sunglasses with the other. Kaz is using his bionic hand to take off BB's eyepatch. The room is dark but light is filtering through the blinders. You just know Kaz is going to feel angry at himself for giving in afterwards but that man doesn't know what a healthy coping mechanism looks like
