I think tonight is going to be a palate cleanser for stream. I originally thought it would be a Pi Day Special, but I haven’t seen any games that really take advantage of that.

So we either have a pre-Ides of March special with CivCity: Rome, or I could play Marathon.

Trader Joe’s makes such good pretzels. And they go excellently with the pimento cheese spread they have.

You can rent streaming services. Like, the service has a USB you can use like Amazon Roku. Chuck E. Cheese has after dark hours for 21+. Colors everywhere, tech can be light or bulky looking, it's personal preference.

Like, cassette tapes and game cartridges can hold so much more information now. Laserdisc films being like iMAX at home. Every bar is a barcade that has different genres. Like, a barcade that only uses puzzle games, or one that exclusively has shoot em ups.

I fully unlocked my dreamscape and true home. The 80s-90s, but technology continued to shrink. So, using a smartphone in a wood paneled den on a plaid print sofa. Crazy patterned purple arcade carpet, empty Crystal Pepsi bottles and Pizza Hut boxes strewn about.

Wait, that's not right. It should say; "The day that Krabs FRIES!"

This is an excellent video and a wide eyed alarm about what's happening in legacy games media.

If there aren't real humans behind the reviews, then you can't trust that someone played the game being evaluated. The article is worthless to the reader, who is just trying to make a buying decision.

Some songs are timeless.

There’s a lot of cultural references in the original version of Anything Goes, but a lot of it applies today.

The world has gone mad today
And good’s bad today
And black’s white today
And day’s night today
And that gent today
You gave a cent today
Once had several chateaus

Like I said on stream: do better, children’s TV people. Be more like Bluey and less like Peppa Pig.

Peppa Pig is what most TV producing pigs think of your kids. Bluey actually respects your kids.

I almost succumbed to the…DEEP HURTING. Peppa Pig: World Adventures was easily one of the worst games I’ve ever played. I had to take Tylenol because I had a headache.

I don’t know if the game has a credits sequence to see. I don’t care. I’m calling it finished. We did the (shitty) world adventure.

Random question, friends:

I've got a couple options for gaming tomorrow. I could play one of my pledge games, but it's also Pi Day. So I'm wondering if there's a free math game I could play to celebrate Pi Day...?

It may be Friday the 13th, but I’m engaging in my own brand of terror tonite.

It’s the indescribable terror of Peppa Pig: World Adventures! See y’all at 7:30! Will we survive? Time will tell…

The whole "AI" industry is just based on the hope that they can deskill people fast enough that they'll have to rent back cognitive support systems. Forever.

It's like Uber. Just that they don't try to break existing transportation infrastructures but your brain.

If I ever got into covering songs as a #VTuber, I would be doing things much differently. I wouldn’t be doing the stuff folks would expect.

I’m talking Harry Chapin, Pink Floyd, Alice In Chains, and some jazz standards.

A couple of these might be redeemables for my birthday stream. 😉

Happy 80th Birthday to voice actor legend, Frank Welker! He voiced Furrball, Calamity Coyote, Lil’ Beeper, and Gogo Dodo on Tiny Toon Adventures. On Animaniacs, he‘s Runt and Ralph T. Guard. He has over 1000 credits from Scooby and Fred in Scooby-Doo!, Garfield, and Curious George. What a legend.

So Visa and Mastercard have a huge problem with legal adult content "damaging their brand"?

But somehow they dont't have any problem making money from child abuse in Roblox for over a decade (and going).

Truly the right companies to be our moral guardians.

Around the world, we are seeing chip factories, computer assembly plants, and AI factories being constructed at unprecedented scale. This is becoming the largest infrastructure buildout in human history.

The labor required to support this buildout is enormous. AI factories need electricians, plumbers, pipefitters, steelworkers, network technicians, installers, and operators.

These are skilled, well-paid jobs, and they are in short supply. You do not need a PhD in computer science to participate in this transformation.

At the same time, AI is driving productivity across the knowledge economy. Consider radiology. AI now assists with reading scans, but demand for radiologists continues to grow. That is not a paradox.

A radiologist’s purpose is to care for patients. Reading scans is one task along the way. When AI takes on more of the routine work, radiologists can focus on judgment, communication, and care. Hospitals become more productive. They serve more patients. They hire more people.

Productivity creates capacity. Capacity creates growth.

They go out there every WBC knowing they aren’t making it past pool play, yet they still go out there and have fun, just being happy to be there at all.
