HOLY SHIT. This is AMAZING news. They caught the guy who killed the man in my pinned post, Vietnamese immigrant Be Tran. His killer is a Romanian national who had torched his BMW upon killing Tran, fled to Europe where he did a bunch of crimes, did 3 years, then got nabbed.
