What it all boils down to is they want to "preserve the white race," but they also want an army of disposable, exclusively white men they've never met to die for them. They never want to have to make their own sacrifices, and they never want to be humiliated by a "lesser's" sacrifice.
I've always found a particular right-wing dilemma funny, in that they simultaneously want to throw anyone who isn't a straight white cis guy out of the military to maintain its Epic Spartan Purity, but this also puts straight white cis guys - their supposed MVPs of humanity - in constant danger.
