hello again, world! last night i made some pork fennel dumplings and had a few wrappers leftover… so i made some mini green onion pancakes the next morning!

today i wore my high school gym strip, sneakers that i laced myself with the tackiest bright blue string, and got onto the bus route that i took almost everyday 5 years ago. struggling to recreate the peace and innocent ambition i held as a 17 year old, but at least i still get away with youth fares

landing in montreal again (for leisure!!!) and all i can feel is the overwhelming sense of dread that comes with writing exams… 6/6 of my last touchdowns in YUL were to write midterms/finals and even though i just graduated, i still can’t get over the terrible anxiety of cramming

last month, my parents and i went to a dumpling store near our old apartment in 🇭🇰 and tried their beef & fennel dumplings. im trying to recreate it again from across the world to no avail…
