Mental health update:

I got happy pills! Mmmm, drugs...

We're going back on the antidepressants boys!

So therapy today did not go great.

WELL WE GET TO TRY AGAIN NEXT WEEK. This sure is turning out to be a journey.

I also booked a psychiatrist appointment so maybe I'll get MEDICATED too! Yay, drugs!

So I've got my first appointment with the new therapist tomorrow.

Hoping for the best so I can get my mental shit sorted out and stream consistently 🙃

2025 will be the year of "Sett gets therapy". Hoping it helps me with motivation and keeping a schedule and whatnot.
