I have to say the advice in this craft book for writers with ADHD has been helpful too. It’s called A Novel Approach: Strategies for ADHD Writers.
I appreciate that it is written with the neurodivergent reader in mind. The style and arrangement is very clear. It is a reference book w/techniques.
