#MardiGras Brunch at #JonesAssembly was a bit of fun. Buffet (not a fave but it worked): crawfish etouffe, gumbo, dirty rice, muffuletta salad (no relation), FAB biscuits & 2 gravy, crispy chicken po’ boys. Hurricanes, king cake, big band music!

National Margarita Day! Two glasses of a mixed margarita using 400 Conejos John mezcal, Ancho Reyes green chile liqueur, Cointreau, and Fever Tree Light Margarita mix with added fresh lime. Everything, including tools and mixing ware, is set on a stove/range-covering cutting board made of teak.
